About College:

Vishwakarma Institute of Technology(VIT) is a private autonomous engineering College situated in Pune (Indira Nagar), Bibwewadi, Maharashtra, India. The Vishwakarma Institute was established in 1983 and it’s connected to the Savitribai Phule Pune University. the college also has NAAC and NBA accreditation(A++).

The Vishwakarma college is essentially run by the Bansilal Ramanath Agarwal charitable trust(BRACT). VIT was the primary private college in Maharashtra to realize educational autonomy within the year 2008-2009. This helped the faculty to introduce cross-departmental and industry-oriented subjects within the information. the faculty is that the only college in Pune to produce Honors and Minors courses in addition to traditional undergraduate courses. The college has some 2,900 students, 225 faculty members, 67 laboratories, one central library, and a hundred and fifty administrative and ancillary workers.

The Vishwakarma Institute of Technology is spreading over seven acres (28,000 m2) and it has 4 major a restaurant, buildings, a breakfast center, a low store, a fruit crush stand, NPB, and a totally cool area with ceiling fans.

The students’ hostel is off-campus and it is spread over almost 3.5km it’s progressive and is supplied with an eating facility.
